How to contribute:

You can contribute by mailing a check, or you can contribute via PayPal on this page.
Instructions are below.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL (for the year July 2023 - June 2024):
* If you are renewing your membership, please fill out this MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM and and follow instructions for payment.  If you wish to pay in installments or have an adjustment to your membership, please follow the instructions on the form. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please consider adding 3.5% to cover their fees.

NEW MEMBERSHIP
* If you would like to join our congregation, please send us your contact information (see the “contact us” screen) and we will be happy to discuss membership with you.

HIGH HOLY DAY SERVICES
* Attendance at High Holy Day services is included in membership.
* If you wish to register as a non-member, please fill out this HIGH HOLY DAY REGISTRATION FORM and follow instructions on the form.

* Services will be held on Zoom and in person at the Cornerstone Center, 178 Bennett Avenue, NY, NY. The building is accessible.

GENERAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Please let us know the type of contribution you are making and if you are making it in honor or in memory of someone.
By Check: write information on your check.
PayPal:
Write information in the “ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE SELLER” box toward the top of the final “DONATE NOW” screen. It comes up just after you log in to PayPal.
Please consider adding 4% to your contribution to cover PayPal fees.

If you are paying via PayPal, we ask that you consider adding 4% to cover the charges from PayPal. For membership renewal (unadjusted) please consider adding $22.

    Membership:  Please write "membership” in the special instructions box and indicate if you are making a full, partial, or adjusted payment.
    The full renewal amount is $600 per member. We ask that you discuss any adjustment to membership dues with our treasurer.  All communications are confidential and no documentation is required. Please ask to communicate with our treasurer through this link.
    General contributions: Please write “donation” and let us know if you are making the donation in honor or memory of someone.
